PP Challenges!

Hi everyone! It's MaryAnn again. I thought I'd pop in and share a few entries in our recent challenge over at Paper Posies. We had six wonderful entries in our "all about summer" challenge. They were all wonderful and left me remembering why we all love summer so much. I do live in HOT Arizona, so that was quite an undertaking, 'cause at times the heat makes me forget! :)

Here are a few of the fabulous entries:

"Watering the Lawn" by Melanie:

"Biggest Ice Cream" by Benita:

"Go Ahead and Jump" by Barb:

I invite you to come on over and play along. Shemaine posted a new challenge this morning that runs for two weeks. At the end of this challenge we'll put all the participants names in a hat for a chance to win a fabulous Paper Posies Challenge Package!

Also, remember that there are a few past kits available for purchase HERE if you're new to Paper Posies and want to join us in these challenges. Go on, snag one or two - you won't be sorry!

Good Morning! Shemaine here stopping by to show you some more artwork with this month's fabulous kit!
I kept it simple with this layout using hand stamped images by Unity Stamp Co., Chatterbox paper, Thickers and the Jenni Bowlin sticker letters. I also added some misc. heart brads.

Next I altered a frame using the Sassafras patterned paper and the border strip as well as a decorative flower by Prima. Hand stamped images are by Unity Stamp Co.

And finally this fun little card.

I have to admit I have a gingham ribbon fetish right now. It just adds that little something extra to your projects. For this card I used the Chips chipboard from our March kit. Michele loads each kit with fabulous items and the greatest part is that you can mix and match them with other kits!
We'd love to see what inspires you this month so be sure to load your creations into the Paper Posies gallery here!
Have a fantastic week!

Hi everyone, MaryAnn here. :) I thought I'd stop by and show you a few more designs that I did with the July kit. And can I just say how much I looooved the July kit? So much fun to work with!

First up is a layout I did about my brother, his wife and their two cute little girls. The playful Sassafras Lass papers were perfect for this layout about my neices and a visit they paid us while we were in California!

Next is a fun little card I made using the Jenni Bowlin papers from the kit. I used a fun Hero Arts stamp for the greeting.

I hope you all are having a blast this summer creating with this month's kit! We'd love to see what you've been up to with it. Come post your creations in the gallery and stop by on the message board and say hi - you might also find a new challenge or two posted there. ;) And yeah - prizes are involved, of course!
